The US Department of Commerce has announced administrative reviews of anti-dumping and countervailing duties on several export products of Việt Nam, according to the Trade Remedies Authority of Việt Nam.
The United States International Trade Commission (ITC) has decided to maintain its anti-dumping tax on tra fish fillets imported from Viet Nam for at least five more years.
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) will levy anti-dumping duties on oil
country tubular goods (OCTG) imported from Viet Nam, said the Viet Nam
Competition Authority.
The US Department of Commerce has sent representatives to Vietnam to inspect local shrimp companies to provide a basis for its final
determination on the anti-subsidy case against shrimp imports from Vietnam.
